Our intent with this Fire & Water Podcast is to cultivate wise and soulful leaders. Our Fire & Water Program is both a Rite of Passage and a Leadership Journey. Today, as we enter our third and final retreat with our cohort, we reflect on several aspects of Rite of Passage, and the need to reclaim contemporary initiation as an essential part of leadership in these times (28 minutes).
